Simple Present : (am, is, are) + past participle
Examples
     (Active) Kamal drinks water.
→ (Passive) Water is drunk by Kamal.
Simple Past : (was, were) + past participle
Examples
     (Active) Kamal drank water.
→ (Passive) Water was drunk by Kamal.
Present Continuous : (am, is, are) + being + past participle
Examples
     (Active) Kamal is drinking water.
→ (Passive) Water is being drunk by Kamal.
Past Continuous : (was, were) + being + past participle
Examples
     (Active) Kamal was drinking water.
→ (Passive) Water was being drunk by Kamal.
Present Perfect : (has, have) + been + past participle
Examples
     (Active) Kamal has drunk water.
→ (Passive) Water has been drunk by Kamal.
Past Perfect : had + been + past participle
Examples
     (Active) Kamal had drunk water.
→ (Passive) Water had been drunk by Kamal.
Modals : modal + be + past participle
Examples
     (Active) Kamal can speak English.
→ (Passive) English can be spoken by Kamal.
Future : will + be + past participle
Examples
     (Active) Kamal will drink water.
→ (Passive) water will be drunk by Kamal.
